Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team in the Houston area with pay starting at 160K. As an Insurance Coverage Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients regarding insurance coverage matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate insurance policies and provide guidance on coverage issues
Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes and litigation
Draft legal documents, including coverage opinions, demand letters, and court filings
Conduct legal research and stay updated on insurance laws and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve coverage issues

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Minimum of X years of experience in insurance coverage law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
