Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage adjustments.
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions.
- P&C license preferred. Willing to train. Licensed within 6 months of hire. Licensing assistance available.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
