• Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, and answering any questions they may have.
• Process policy changes and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with our policyholders, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
• Assist in customer claims processing and resolution.

• Licensed Agent: Must have a valid insurance license in Michigan.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively assist and support customers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy management and customer assistance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
