We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning multiple lines of insurance, and building meaningful client relationships. You will work with an existing book of business while developing your own, supported by hands-on training and a collaborative team environment.
- First year earnings of $40,000 to $60,000 based on experience

Responsibilities- Answer phones and respond to customer emails
- Schedule Super Check appointments and prepare review materials
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates
- Work with underwriting to process coverage changes
- Support the sales team with quotes and reviews
- Active insurance license is a plus or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Organized with strong time-management skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
