We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a detail-oriented environment. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, claims support, billing inquiries, and policy changes while helping maintain the high standards our office is known for.
- Base hourly pay of $18-$22 to start, with performance-based increases and monthly bonus opportunities
- Mon-Thur 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30-3 (1pm during summer) must meet 40 hours on days of your choosing

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone and in person
- Assist with claims support and follow-up
- Handle basic policy changes and account servicing requests
- Answer client questions regarding policies and coverage
- Operate and manage a multi-line phone system professionally
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in North Dakota or ability to obtain quickly
- Ability to pass required background checks for licensing
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Patience, empathy, and conflict resolution ability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
