Were seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who thrives in a service-first environment and takes pride in helping customers while identifying opportunities to add value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to both customer satisfaction and agency growth.
You will support clients across personal and commercial lines, handling day-to-day service needs while also having the opportunity to grow your income through sales activities if you choose. This is a Monday through Friday role with no evenings or weekends.
- Base salary starting at $40,000, with first-year commissions ranging from $5,000 - $20,000+

Responsibilities- Assist customers with policy servicing and account needs
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell coverage
- Support new business efforts through outreach and referrals
- Submit and manage claims processes
- Shop policies to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
- Process payments and maintain accurate account records
- Friendly and service-minded attitude
