We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our agency and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. In this position, you'll assist customers with policy servicing, billing questions, claims support, and account updates while helping maintain the high service standards our agency is known for.
- Base salary of $40,000-$65,000 based on experience,

Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, claims, and service requests
- Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, account updates, and payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within agency systems
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide clear guidance and support throughout the customer experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information
- Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate customer concerns effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other technology platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual skills are a major plus
