Responsibilities

Managing renewals of insurance policies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Servicing existing policies, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Providing superior customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Quoting new insurance policies based on client requirements and risk assessments.
Issuing policies and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients to enhance their coverage.
Maintaining organized records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
Knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance products and regulations.
1-3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Representative.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service and responses.
Demonstrated superior customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Ability to manage renewals, service policies, and provide quotes.
Interest in sales and the potential for career progression within the agency.
