Salary Range: $38000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of the Florida Insurance Industry is a plus.
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns.
Policy Maintenance: Assist clients in understanding their policy coverage, modifications, and updates.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, decisions, and account changes.
Support Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints and complex questions with patience and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the insurance products and services offered to provide reliable information to clients.
Knowledge of Florida Home Insurance Market Highly preferred,

RequirementsThis is an IN-OFFICE position.

*Minimum 4-40 Insurance license is a requirement. Knowledge of P&C insurance. 2-20 License Preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients.
Customer Focus: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and resolving client issues efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address customer inquiries and issues accurately.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is preferred.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions.
Strong computer skills using standard every-day Microsoft Office products is a must.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems as needed.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, additional qualifications in insurance (minimum of a 4-40).
Insurance License details: Insurance License of a 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 is required to perform job function as a legal part of working in the industry. (440, 2044, 220). A 4-40 license can easily be done online with no state exam.
Insurance experience is highly preferred.
