Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist customers with insurance inquiries, billing questions, and policy changes.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Policy Maintenance: Update client information, process renewals, and provide coverage details.

Customer Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs within the agency to ensure prompt and accurate service.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for regulatory compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and contribute to team efficiency.

Requirements

Licensing: Possession of or willingness to obtain a Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy information and client interactions.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a face-to-face customer service setting with a client-centric approach.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with basic computer applications and programs to manage client information effectively.
