Salary Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide exemplary customer service to clients by answering enquiries related to insurance policies.
Problem Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome that aligns with company policies and customer expectations.
Information Dissemination: Effectively communicate policy information, changes, and benefits to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Document Management: Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients to update them about new products or policy details relevant to their needs.
Feedback Handling: Gather and forward client feedback to ensure service improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Preferably speaking Turkish language

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service, especially within the insurance industry, is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear and effective interactions with clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Comfort with using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.
