As an insurance customer service representative, you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them. If you are an active listener, quickly build rapport with clients, are motivated, and invested in your own growth and success, this is the perfect position for you. Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Answer incoming phone calls,
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and standard office software
Dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Prior Sales Experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
