Join the Paul Guerrero Agency, a dedicated customer service agency located in the heart of Kyle, Texas. We believe in the power of personal connections and the value of exceptional service, which is why we prioritize the client experience above all else. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Communication: Interact with policyholders in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and provide solutions.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, endorse amendments, and ensure accurate information is updated.
Claims Assistance: Handle claims submissions, coordinate with insurance carriers, and guide clients through the claims process.
Customer Support: Offer personalized support and attention to every policyholder, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to the overall service quality of the agency.
RequirementsCustomer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and follow precise procedures.
Empathy: A genuine desire to help and support customers with their insurance needs.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
This is an in-office position with standard business hours of 8:30a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Remote work is not available for this role.
