Licensed Customer Service Representative

Location: Royal Palm Beach or Jupiter, FL

License Required: Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License

Experience Preferred: 2+ years in PNC Insurance (Allstate Insurance is preferred but not required)

Base Salary up to: $70,000 annually

Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 P&C License
2+ years of experience in insurance or customer service preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy

Manage daily client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and documentation
