Salary Range: $48000.00 - $66000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Life Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Retirement Plan Evenings Off Fun & Friendly Co-workers We Help With Getting Licensed Hands on Training Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional support to clients by phone, email, and in person regarding policies, billing, and coverage questions Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency management system Build strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and exceptional customer service Requirements Minimum 5 years office/customer service experience required. Property and Casualty license is preferred, but we are willing to pay for and help train to obtain the P&C license. This license is a requirement of this position within 12 months. Professional office experience preferred, Insurance experience a plus. Basic computer and technical skills. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
