Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Provide information about insurance policies, coverage, and procedures.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Current 4-40 License, as required by the State Department of Insurance, to effectively service clients, or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- Experience in the insurance industry a plus
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
