Location: Chanhassen, MN (100% Onsite)

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexibility to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (8-hour shift assigned within those hours)

Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders regarding Life and Accidental Death insurance policies. In this role, no two calls are the same. You'll assist customers through important life events, answer questions about their coverage, and provide accurate, compassionate support when it matters most.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll handle a variety of inbound customer inquiries related to life and accidental death insurance policies, including:

• Updating beneficiaries on existing policies
• Processing address and contact information changes
• Assisting customers with banking and payment updates
• Answering billing and premium payment questions
• Explaining payment leniency programs available during qualifying catastrophic events
• Providing policy and benefit information
• Issuing duplicate certificates and policy documentation
• Assisting customers with policy changes and account maintenance
• Supporting beneficiaries and family members through the claims process after the loss of a loved one
• Researching and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
