Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Welcome every caller with a warm, helpful attitude to ensure they feel valued from the start.

Explain insurance coverage options clearly and concisely to help clients make informed decisions.

Assist policyholders with updates to their accounts, billing questions, and claims guidance.

Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate protections that give our clients peace of mind.

Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions in our internal systems.

Collaborate with the rest of our office to uphold our high standards of local service.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Active Nevada Property and Casualty insurance license.

Experience working in a professional customer service or sales role.

Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems throughout the day.

Strong attention to detail and ability to keep organized records.

Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Understanding of basic insurance terminology is a plus.
