Job DetailsPosition Overview:We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a background in civil defense litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned litigators on high-stakes cases, contribute to strategy, and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Louisiana Bar membership.
3-10 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in employment or healthcare defense.
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
