• * Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, conducting depositions, and trial.
• * Manage a caseload involving premises liability, products liability, CD claims, and general casualty.
• * Conduct thorough and meticulous legal research and analysis.
• * Engage in settlement negotiations with a focus on achieving favorable results for our clients.
• * Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to develop defense strategies.
• * Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.

Job DetailsQualifications:

• * Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• * Admission to the California State Bar.
• * 3+ years of litigation experience.
• * Experience or interest in premises liability, products liability, construction defect, or general casualty.
