Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Handle a diverse caseload in insurance defense, with a primary emphasis on premises liability matters
Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to craft effective defense and trial strategies
Draft, prepare, and deliver persuasive arguments in court, including motions, openings, examinations, and closings
Partner with experts, witnesses, and fellow attorneys to build and present strong, well-supported cases
