Job DetailsYou will manage a docket of litigation matters from filing through trial, including:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Provide legal advice and client support
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on strategy

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense)
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active TX bar admission required
