PTOJob DetailsResponsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including general liability, premises liability, auto, and torts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and deliver exceptional legal representation.
