Attention all Insurance Defense Paralegals with 4 + years of experience in Personal Injury Defense! Check out this GREAT opportunity paying $90k (DOE) + bonus!Don't worry about missing out on your year end bonus - our client has you covered! For the right candidate they are willing to pay your bonus to come on board! Managing case docket, 50-100 cases with regards to:1. Drafting Discovery Objections and Responses for Defense, for attorney review.2. Monitoring Plaintiff Discovery Responses for records and production. Creating logs for same.3. Handling any and all Records for the case (to include charting to keep track of records and total $)4. Handling all Document Production.5. Handling Experts (expert communication with file and update regularly as to trial attendance).6. Preparing Attorney for depositions/hearings/mediations and trial!7. Properly Billing to insurance companies where time entered is reviewed by computer software and must pass same.8. Billing 120+ hours per month.9. Taking Responsibility reviewing discovery calendar daily. The secretaries calendar and include the paralegals on that calendar, but they are not responsible for reminding paralegals when discovery is due.10. Must be able to prioritize their day efficiently.11. Professionalism and dedication to ones work product working 37.5 hours per week in office (Greenway Plaza).
