This role requires a deep understanding of civil litigation, legal research, and mediation, with a proven track record in litigation defense.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury insurance defense, with a strong emphasis on products liability and professional liability.2. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution, or equivalent.3. Proficient in civil litigation, legal research, and mediation.4.
