The Role: Insurance Office Professional We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to be the backbone of our operations. You’ll provide essential administrative and client support, ensuring our financial advisors and members receive top-tier service. If you love working in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and making a difference, this role is for you! What You’ll Do Be the friendly voice and face of our team—greeting clients, handling calls, and managing inquiries. Support financial advisors by coordinating client meetings and maintaining client records in Salesforce. Assist with investment- and insurance-related tasks, including research, client communications, and transaction support. Keep things running smoothly—manage schedules, emails, mail distribution, and document organization. Assist with driving marketing efforts, assisting with events, client outreach, and community engagement. Support projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as needed. Drive client-facing activities by scheduling meetings on behalf of the practice’s Financial Advisors. Learn and grow with mentorship, training, and development opportunities in the financial services industry. Issue insurance-related documents including certificates, endorsements, binders, commitments, and contracts. Take on additional responsibilities as needed based on licensure and business needs. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset—you genuinely enjoy helping people. Administrative or office experience (2+ years preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate). Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new tools. Life & Health insurance licensed (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire). Background Check As part of Shoreline Group’s recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be completed upon hiring.
