Insurance Producer (Sales) Base + Commission OR 100% Commission Options

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: monthly base + commission OR 100% commission plan
About the Role
Were looking for a driven, competitive Insurance Producer to join our growing agency. This is a sales-focused role where youll work with inbound leads, build relationships, and generate new business across personal and commercial lines.
Whether you're licensed and experienced or brand new and motivated to learn, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.
Compensation Options (Your Choice)
Option 1: Base + Commission
monthly base salary
Tiered commission on new business
Renewal commissions
Performance-based income growth
Option 2: 100% Commission (High-Upside Plan)
No cap on earnings
Higher commission percentages
Renewal commissions
Ideal for experienced producers or highly motivated self-starters
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Competitive, self-motivated mindset
Sales experience preferred (insurance, real estate, auto, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Coachable and eager to improve
License:
Insurance license preferred but NOT required
We will pay for licensing and training for the right candidate

Handle outbound calls and online leads
Quote and bind insurance policies
Cross-sell and upsell existing clients
Build and maintain a book of business
Follow up with prospects and pipeline opportunities
