Salary Range: $75000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
As an Insurance Producer, your primary responsibility is growing the agencys book of business by building strong client relationships and helping people make smart insurance decisions.
You will:
Prospect and develop new client relationships
Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance policies
Follow up consistently on open quotes and leads
Cross-sell additional policies to existing clients
Educate clients on coverage options and risk protection
Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems
Work closely with our service team to deliver a great client experience
This role is about relationships, consistency, and execution.

Focus on long-term client relationships rather than quick sales
This is not a call center environment. This is a relationship-driven advisory role.
Compensation
Base salary + uncapped commission
Commissions on renewals
Performance bonuses
High earning potential
Expected earnings after 1 year:
$70,000 - 100,000+ annually
Top performers can exceed this.

Qualifications
Relationship Sales experience preferred
Insurance experience is a plus but not required
Minnesota Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills
Organized and accountable
