Responsibilities

Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling.
Stay up to date on industry market trends and best practices.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Assess client needs and present quotes.
Set and achieve sales goals with manager guidance.
Educate, advise, and handle client objections.

Requirements

Commercial Lines experience preferred but willing to train a Personal Lines Producer
Property & Casualty License required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
Self-motivated and goal oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
