What success looks like
- In this role, success means building a steady rhythm of prospecting, follow-up, relationship-building, and closing new business. You'll learn our carriers and systems, get visible in the local community, and develop a pipeline of clients and referral partners who trust you.
- This is a role for someone who wants to build something over time. As you develop relationships, grow your pipeline, and write new business, your income opportunity can grow with your results.

Salary Range: $30000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Prospect, follow up, and win new personal and commercial clients
- Build real relationships in the community through referrals, networking, and local presence
- Quote across multiple carriers and recommend the right coverage, not the easy sale
- Drive your pipeline by finding opportunities, building trust, closing business, and staying connected as relationships grow
- Develop a client base that creates ongoing earning opportunity through your production
- Work with modern tools and a service team that has your back so you can stay focused on selling
What you'll need
- An active Ohio Property & Casualty license or the drive to earn one within 90 days. We'll support you and cover the cost.
- A track record of winning people over and hitting goals. Sales experience in any industry is a plus, but hunger and people skills matter more than a rsum.
- Comfort using technology to stay organized, follow up, and move opportunities forward.
- Ties to, or genuine interest in, the Sugarcreek-area community.
