Insurance Producer Farmers Insurance Agency (100% Remote, Nationwide)

This position is 100% remote nationwide selling into Idaho and your resident state (if available). A hybrid or in-office option is available for candidates located in the Boise, Idaho metro area.

Compensation includes a $2,500/month base salary plus commission. Most producers earn $63,400$128,700 annually, with top performers exceeding $140,000.

Salary Range: $63400.00 - $128700.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance, with Life & Health opportunities

• Conduct consultative coverage conversations and reviews

• Work both agency-provided leads and self-sourced business

• Build, retain, and grow a long-term book of business

• Follow up consistently and manage your own pipeline

• Contribute to a team culture that shares best practices and wins together

• Maintain licensing, compliance, and accurate documentation

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

• Life & Health license (strong plus)

• Farmers Insurance experience (preferred, not required)

• Proven sales production and follow-through

• Strong communication and influence skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Team-oriented mindset with long-term career goals
