Salary Range: $36000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Insurance Portfolio Management: Customize insurance plans to suit clients' individual needs and ensure they are updated with the appropriate coverage options.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes and trends in the insurance industry to provide clients with the best guidance and advice.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Licensing: Active and valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is mandatory.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the insurance sector, is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interaction.
Customer-Centric: A committed interest in meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively within a team setting and foster positive workplace relationships.
