Each interaction is an opportunity for you to educate, advise, and cross sell clients. Utilize your exemplary attention to detail to issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments. Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up with your quality rapport building talents. Requirements 4-40 or 220 Property & Casualty License required for this position. Insurance Customer Service or Sales experience and/or Independent Agency experience a plus! Strong computer and technical skills, including proficient typing skills. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
