Responsibilities
With a strong focus on keeping our customers happy, your daily activities will include:
- Welcome calls to new customers
- Cancelling prior insurance policies for new customers
- Reviewing current policies
- Working on the policy cancellation audits
- Calling customers on their first renewals to check in
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
