Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and agency-purchased leads
Connect with clients to understand their needs and recommend protection solutions
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and additional insurance products
Cross-sell coverages to better protect households and build long-term relationships
Follow up consistently to build trust and close opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly goals and performance benchmarks
Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to policy issuance

RequirementsHighly motivated and competitive personality

Willingness to obtain a MI Property & Casualty license
Willingness to obtain MI Life & Health license
