Are you a people-person who loves helping others protect what matters most? Were looking for an Insurance Rockstar to join the Mitchell Steele Farmers Agency! You'll work with clients to design home, auto, life, and business insurance solutions that fit their needs, not just their budget.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing clients
Provide quotes, explain coverage, and recommend tailored policies

Follow up on leads and referrals (well help with both!)

Educate clients on policy details and renewal options

Hit agency goals with integrity and enthusiasm

Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a team-player attitude

Prior sales or customer service experience a plus

Property & Casualty License (Life & Health license preferred)

Willingness to learn, grow, and have a little fun doing it
