What You'll Do
Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Connect with qualified leads and help customers find the insurance coverage that fits their needs
Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to provide exceptional service
Meet individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Keep organized records using our CRM and agency systems
Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing coaching and training

Qualifications
One year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
