What Youll Be Doing:
Converting inbound opportunities into clients
Delivering a strong customer experience
Identifying additional opportunities (+1 mindset)
Following a proven system while improving performance
Tracking and hitting weekly/monthly metrics
Compensation:
We reward performanceperiod.
Base Salary: Provides stability
Commission: Uncapped earning potential
Bonuses: Paid for hitting and exceeding targets
On-Target Earnings: $80K$150K+
Top Performers: $150K$300K+

Responsibilities- Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
- Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
- Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile
- Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
- Job seekers must have an insurance license
- High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
