Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Insurance Agency is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team. The focus of the Enterprise Sales Agent is to provide quotes, close leads, and retain relationships! They will also advise clients on the benefits of various policies as well as tailoring insurance packages to meet their specific needs. A successful candidate will have experience in inside sales or the insurance industry, with expertise in the sales process and client management

Compensation: 

• For licensed individuals: $50k + Commission
• For unlicensed individuals: $20/hr until Colorado P&C license is obtained (we pay for your licensing!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients to expand their own customer base
• Interview prospective clients to get information about their financial situation and discuss existing coverage
• Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
• Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
• Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients needs.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• General Lines License (Preferred)
• Experience with managing customer relationships
• Experience with CRM systems
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated with a hands-on, self-starter approach
• Excellent time management abilities
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Driven by results and committed to continuous improvement
• Demonstrating integrity and fostering honest communication
