Position SummaryAs an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll take full ownership of your territoryclosing deals, building strong relationships with business owners, and developing a book of business that creates long-term financial security. Your focus will be on driving results, maximizing your production, and setting the standard for performance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided)

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience(Relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered)

Compensation & Growth

  • 1099 independent contractor role (self-employed, not a W-2 employee)

  • 100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings
