The 4 state Insurance Agency in Fort Scott is hiring Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is located in Girard; KS and we are excited to be expanding into Fort Scott! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you.

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $60,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Requirements

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

Sales experience or a client-facing background is preferred

Proven track record of winning

Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening

Intrinsically driven to be successful

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals

Ability to obtain an insurance license within a specific timeframe
