Jaron Gallegos Farmers Insurance, located at 7901 Southpark Plaza, Suite 208, Littleton, CO 80120, is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Agent. This is your opportunity to learn the insurance industry from one of the most decorated agencies in the region.

Compensation:
- Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions
- Fixed Compensation: $50,000 base salary

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy details, and potential gaps in protection
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive outreach
- Identify opportunities to better serve existing clients through additional products and coverage
- Process policy applications and changes accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Support clients through the claims process from filing to resolution
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in insurance or customer service is beneficial.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance sales, or a related field is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Client-focused, empathetic, and proactive. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and integrity.
