Job Description

The Ozzie Carranza Insurance Agency in Downey, CA is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Sales representative to join our team! We are one of the fastest-growing agencies in the state. We are a top producing agency. We are looking to add a talented and competitive sales representative to join our personal lines insurance team. We have an endless stream of leads from our existing book of business, so there is no shortage of opportunity. Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close personal lines insurance sales
Communicating with our hot leads
Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
Staying informed about competing products and services
Ability to achieve high sales targets
Having fun while being a part of a competitive team

Requirements

Personal lines licensed or property & casualty licensed
Previous sales experience is required
Bilingual English/Spanish
