Salary Range: $62000.00 - $126000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets by engaging leads, generating quotes, and closing policies
- Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and generate referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Conduct regular follow-ups to identify cross-selling and win-back opportunities
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Georgia, or ability to obtain non-resident Georgia license
- Sales Experience: Minimum 3 year of P&C insurance sales experience with proven track record of consistently writing $35,000+ in monthly premium
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, insurance quoting platforms, and remote work tools
- Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and close sales
- Assessment - All applicants must complete an online assessment within 24 hours after applying in order to be considered
