The Valley District Insurance Center is looking for driven, coachable sales professionals who want an opportunity to grow their income and build a long-term career in insurance.

We want our sales team focused on what they do best: selling, building relationships, and helping customers.
We handle marketing and lead generation internally so you can spend your time working real opportunities instead of searching for people to call.

Training, Support & Marketing
We invest heavily in your success. All training is 100% paid and includes product and sales education exclusive to our agency.
We handle all marketing and lead generation internally, providing a consistent flow of qualified leads so you can focus entirely on selling and developing the skills you'll need as an agency owner.

Requirements
- Join daily huddles to align as a team.
- Work a high volume of warm, qualified leads.
- Develop quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close business.
- Build client relationships and follow up to earn the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Work directly with your sales manager on coaching, role-playing, and professional development.
As you progress, your development shifts from pure production to agency ownership readiness—learning how to manage a P&L, hire and train staff, build a marketing engine, and grow your own book of business.
