The Valley District Insurance Center is looking for driven, coachable sales professionals who want an opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance.

We want our sales team focused on what they do best: selling, building relationships, and helping customers.

We handle marketing and lead generation internally so you can spend your time working real opportunities instead of searching for people to call.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Interest in a sales role that includes prospecting and meeting production goals.
Willingness to obtain the required California insurance licenses.
Fluency in English.
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer-facing sales experience or other customer-facing experience in areas such as retail sales, hospitality, automotive sales, banking, real estate, recruiting, or similar roles.
Experience working in goal-driven environments, with demonstrated sales results and exposure to commission-based sales roles.
Business development and leadership experience.
Interest in future agency ownership.
Insurance industry experience.
Experience with phone-based sales conversations, handling objections, closing sales leads, and building customer relationships through follow-up.
Existing insurance licenses.
Fluency in Spanish.
