Job Description
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with a focus on selling insurance products within the state of Illinois.
In this role, you will work with warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the companyno cold calling required. Youll be responsible for guiding clients through coverage options, closing sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads in a timely manner
Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate policies
Quote, present, and close insurance policies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in company systems
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Stay up to date on Illinois insurance regulations and product offerings
RequirementsActive Illinois Insurance License (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Must reside in the United States
Previous sales experience (insurance sales preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Access to a personal computer and headset suitable for remote work
