Job Description

Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 Base + Commission | 401(k) Match | Profit Sharing | PTO

Are you a professional who enjoys helping customers while growing your income through sales?

We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're goal-oriented, competitive, coachable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.

This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term client relationships while earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Cross-sell insurance products to current policyholders.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance policies.
Partner with licensed agents to identify Life Insurance opportunities.
Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Overcome objections and educate customers on coverage options.
Support agency growth through community involvement and relationship building.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty License (must have or be able to obtain)
Strong sales and closing abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Organized with strong multitasking skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficient with Windows-based computer applications

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000-$65,000 Base Salary (based on experience)
