Do you want to work for a local Allstate agent who cares about their team members, the client, and reputation in the community?

We invest in our team's development and growth! We are an elite agency with three offices and growing. We are looking to add energetic sales team members. Licensed to write in IN and IL.

Seeking a highlymotivated and proactive job seeker interested in developing their insurance career with us. Leads vary from local inbound, mailers, paid leads, and self-generating leads through promoting our referral program, local networking, and social media presence. Cold calling on internet leads, as well as requotes and winbacks, remains a high-close source as we focus on rapport at all stages!

This sales position offers a competitive salaryplus a lucrative commission structure. We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry as our next sales representative. TONS of growth opportunity financially and professionally.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $115000.00 per year

Achieve sales goals.
Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience
Self-Driven
Coachable, sales-minded professional
Positive mindset
Customer Focused
Team Player
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Current Property & Casualty insurance license a plus
Life license is a plus, but not required. Required to uncover life/retirement opportunities
