Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their Home and Auto insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries, address questions, and offer policy solutions to clients.
Policy Development: Design personalized insurance plans that align with each client's specific requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by recommending additional policies.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer informed advice to clients.
RequirementsLicensing: Possession of Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field advantageous.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to effectively work in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
